Terms & Conditions - Tesman Transportation Service
General.
By booking with Tesman Transportation Service, the client agrees to the terms outlined here.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
Reservations & Payment.
-Reservations must be made in advance via our website, phone calls, text message or WhatsApp.
-A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
-We accept credit card, Zelle or cash (subject to availability).
Cancellation Policy.
-Cancellations made more 24 hours in advance: full refund.
-cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: 50% refund.
-Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup time: NO REFUND.
Delays & No-Shows.
-A grace period of 15 minutes (local service) or 30 minutes (Airport pickups) is included.
-After the grace period, additional waiting time will be charged.
-If the passenger fails to appear (NO-SHOW) the full service cost will be charged.
Client Conduct & Liability.
-Smoking, Alcohol consumption, and ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
-Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their pet will be charged accordingly.
-A Cleaning Fee will be applied if the client or their pet soils the interior of the vehicle.
-Tesman Transportation Service is NOT responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to the safety or integrity of the driver or vehicle.
Privacy.
-All personal data provided will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third patties unless required by law.
Late or Early Pick-Up Fee.
-A supplemental fee of $20 will apply to booking scheduled between 12:00 AM and 05:00 AM due to after-hours service. This surcharge will be automatically added to your total during the booking process.
